This Privacy Policy describes how Top Terra & MM LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ no. 19.295.669/0001-86, the company responsible for the Measuring Masters store, tools and games (measuringmasters.com), collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of its customers, visitors and players, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law no. 13.709/2018).
By using our website, making purchases or playing, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. What data we collect
- Registration and purchase data: full name or company name, CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax IDs), state registration (when applicable), email, phone/mobile number and delivery and billing address.
- Payment data: transactions are processed directly by Mercado Pago. We do not store credit card data on our servers.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies (see the section on cookies).
- Purchase intent / cart: when you enter your details at checkout, even if the purchase is not completed, we may record your name, email, phone and the items in your cart in order to remind you to complete the purchase. This processing is based on legitimate interest, and you can ask for deletion and unsubscribe at any time.
- Newsletter and communications: an email address provided voluntarily, with your consent, to receive news and offers.
- Games (SLAM Master and Arcade): you can play without signing up. For you to appear on the leaderboard, we store the nickname or name you choose, your country, your company (optional), your age range and your scores; SLAM Master uses the same account as the store (email). The leaderboard shows only your nickname or name, your country's flag and, if you wish, your company: your email is never shown. The details of what the game processes, for what purpose and for how long are in the SLAM Master terms of use and privacy. SLAM Master also records each run, with only the game inputs (keys, taps and aim), the language and the screen size, and no name, email or other personal data, so our team can review it and improve the game. These recordings are never published and are deleted after 30 days.
2. What we use your data for
- Processing and delivering your orders;
- Calculating shipping and issuing tax documents;
- Collecting payments and preventing fraud;
- Providing support and customer service (including by email and WhatsApp);
- Sending messages about your order status;
- With your consent, sending offers, news and cart reminders;
- Improving the browsing experience and the security of the website;
- Building the games leaderboard, saving your progress and preventing cheating.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with partners that are essential to running the store, and only what is necessary:
- Mercado Pago – payment processing;
- Correios (Brazilian postal service) and carriers – product delivery;
- Website hosting and infrastructure tools;
- Public authorities, when required by law or court order.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Surveying tools: the calculators run in your browser. When you search for an address, it goes straight from your browser to OpenStreetMap (the Nominatim service), which returns the coordinates; the maps are also loaded from OpenStreetMap. Measuring Masters does not receive or keep the address you searched for or your location.
4. Cookies
We use cookies for the cart and login to work (essential), and we may use analytics and marketing cookies with your consent. You can manage your preferences in the cookie notice shown on the website and in your browser settings.
If you click Accept in the cookie notice, we also record, on our own server, how the page was used during your visit (scrolling, clicks and the pages you opened) to improve the site. What you type in forms is never recorded (it is masked), order and account pages are not recorded, and these recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days.
5. Your rights as a data subject (LGPD)
You may, at any time, request:
- Confirmation that your data is being processed and access to your data;
- Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
- Deletion or anonymization of data, where applicable;
- Data portability;
- Withdrawal of consent and unsubscribing from communications;
- Information about who we share your data with.

6. Security and retention
We take technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfill its purposes and our legal and tax obligations.
7. Children and teenagers
Store: purchases are intended for people over 18, or for minors duly represented or assisted by their parents or guardians.
Games and tools: they are free and can be used by people of any age, without signing up. To create a SLAM Master profile we ask only for your age range, never your date of birth. Children under 13 may only create a profile with the authorization of their father, mother or guardian and, on the leaderboard, appear only with a nickname and flag (the company is never displayed).
Parents and guardians may ask at any time to see, correct or delete a minor's data by email at contato@measuringmasters.com. If we learn that a child under 13 has created a profile without that authorization, we delete their data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update.
